This program begins with an unforgettable adventure in the high-desert of Southern California. Get ready for an intentional, bespoke experience designed to spark growth, deepen self-understanding, and reveal a clarity that transcends anything you’ve known before. Then, over the following eleven months I’ll walk beside you as your guide while you trade the exhausting pursuit of becoming something for the grounded power of simply being … leading, creating, and living from a place of calm Clarity, Confidence, and Purpose.
The Adventure Program includes:
- A three-night, two full-day high-desert experience
- Multiple assessments

Over the course of this year-long journey, you’ll be challenged to stop trying to become something and start being the best version of who you already are, an executive, creative leader, or working professional ready to excel without questioning your path or burning out.
