I don’t give generic advice or surface-level strategies. I help you re-center around your Values, Purpose, and unique voice, then we build outward from there. I coach the person, not just the position. The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to do what matters most, with Clarity and consistency.

We meet regularly, usually every 2–3 weeks, for deep, focused 1-on-1 sessions. Each conversation is grounded, practical, and personalized. Between sessions, you’ll have simple, actionable steps and space to reflect. You’ll also get written insights after every session to help remind and guide you as you integrate the work.

Most clients work with me for 6–12 months. That’s enough time to build trust, identify what matters, and create lasting change. I offer single sessions, but real transformation usually takes consistent, focused work over time.
